3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google LLC. To provide and measure advertisements, Google AdMob may process certain technical information such as:
• device identifiers
• advertising identifiers (e.g., Apple Identifier for Advertisers or Android Advertising ID)
• IP address
• device information
• interaction data related to advertisements.
Users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom will be presented with a consent request before personalized advertising is shown. Consent is collected through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), which is compatible with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF 2.0). Users may withdraw or modify their consent at any time by accessing the privacy or consent settings within the App, where the consent dialog can be displayed again.
For more information about how Google processes data, please refer to Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google may process personal data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
4. App Store Data Processing
When downloading the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the respective platform provider may process personal data independently. Please refer to the privacy policies of these providers for more information.
5. Data Storage
Any workout entries or preferences created by users are stored locally on the user’s device only. The Company does not have access to this locally stored data. If the App is deleted or the device is reset, this locally stored data may be permanently lost. The Company does not guarantee the storage, availability, backup, or recovery of locally stored data and shall not be liable for any loss of such data. Users are responsible for managing and protecting any data stored on their device. Advertising services used within the App may process certain technical information as described in this Privacy Policy.
6. User Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the following rights:
• right of access

Personal data that may be processed in connection with advertising services is handled by the respective third-party provider.
7. Data Security
The App is designed to operate primarily without collecting or storing personal data on the Company’s servers. Any workout data or preferences are stored locally on the user’s device and are not accessible to the Company. Where personal data may be processed by third-party services (such as advertising providers), those providers are responsible for implementing appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available within the App or on the App website.
